NWR: Help me feel better!

My throat is killing me and so is my head.
How can I make my throat feel ANY better??

Tylenol sore throat always does the trick for me (and a cup of hot tea).

I have a quart of Momma Goldi's homemade chicken soup in the freezer. But since you dont live here, I cant share it. I do suggest some chicken broth. It may have some medicinal effects.

If you don't feel like going out, try to gargle salt water, or if for some strange reason you have brandy in the house, take a nice sip, it soothes your throat. But definitly take some tylenol! I think one of the med companies came out w/ a salt water gargle actually!
Edited to say I forgot!! Tea w/ honey/cinnamon/and lemon always makes me feel better!

gargle w/warm salt water

avoid dairy!! no milk, cheese, whathaveyou.

chloromatic throat spray works too

feel better

Honey, put it in tea or get the honey throat candies at the supermarket. They work great and they don't taste so bad!

mix lemon juice and water, and keep drinking it. It always helps me, even though it doesnt taste so great

Trust me when I tell you to take Tylenol Sore Throat with Cool Burst...This stuff works like a charm! Also start taking some Airborne....knocks the cold right out of you
