Chocolate Truffles; how many days ahead of time

do you think I can make them and keep them in the fridge??? I want to get as much done as possible.

Is it a softer or harder filled truffel? For a harder filling I wouls day Tusday is fine for serving them thursday, but for a softer one I would make them late wednesday so the outside has enough time to form but for it to stay fresh. That being said - how long can you keep from eating them?

I made aprox 60 of the harder kind and they lasted about two weeks.
eta: i kept them in the FREEZER - in the fridge they melted
