Please make me feel better

We just got our invites...we didn't do map cards, just direction cards. Our wedding is in NYC, so I'm hoping most people will just take a taxi, and we would have had to have hand-drawn the map (isn't something I can do), so I decided against it?

How crucial do you think a map card is?? I have thorough directions on the direction card, but I hope people don't get lost! Do most people do map cards??

I didn't do map cards either. I sure it will be fine -- anyone who really 'needs' a map can just use map quest or google maps.

I think doing the direction cards without maps are suffiecient espcially in the city. Hope no one gets lost. Just kidding! I think you're fine!!!

In the city I don't think you'll necessarily need map cards. I think the direction cards should be sufficient.

Map cards are not that important. Most people will just call for directions or look on the computer.

Of all the invitations that I've ever received 90% of them did not include a map.

It's A LOT easier to READ directions rather than navigating througha map.

The wedding i just went to at Capitale did not have map cars or directions. While I think its a nice touch - it's not a necessity.

We just did direction cards and nobody had any trouble.

I want to do map and direction cards but if I had to choose it'd be just directions....for NYC you only need directions- all you'd draw is a grid!! You made the right choice!

You don't need map cards. As long as they have directions they will be fine. If someone wants a map they will just look it up online.

map cards are no biggie! as long as you give directions, they should be fine. my hall provides map/direction cards for us..but if they didn't i probably wouldn't have even bothered making a map card
