I love the idea. I don't think it is corny, I think it makes everyone look my like a group.

Re: QOTD: Bachelorette Party T-Shirts...

I bought the tanks and am all ready to make them... and now I'm not so sure I want them for my 'crew'.

Cause my sis got me this beautiful silk cami from JCrew and now I want to wear this out for my bach party. So I think I'm gonna still make the tanks, just give them as presents, or they can wear them the morning of the wedding while we're lounging.

I still LOVE the tanks though! Not corny at all!

Re: QOTD: Bachelorette Party T-Shirts...

If you asked me 10 years ago, I would have said 'yes' but at my age and the ages of my BP members and sisters, none of us would wear a shirt, a hat or any other item that would identify us as a bachelorette party. We are all over 35. My friends and family know better than to make me a goofy hat with a veil attached to it. I'd never wear it.

Re: QOTD: Bachelorette Party T-Shirts...

I think they're super cute but I'm not going to make them, esp since I don't think I'm going to have a b-party. I just can't see making them shirts they'll only wear one night, I know they're only going to wear the dress one day but that's different.

Re: QOTD: Bachelorette Party T-Shirts...

I voted no, I'm not into that. But what I do want to do is make 'I LOVE NICK' tee shirts for all my BM's, so that when he walks me into my shower, they'll be wearing them, and I won't be the only one surprised! Does THAT sound corny? (I'll let them take off the t-shirts after he leaves)

Re: QOTD: Bachelorette Party T-Shirts...

I'm going to be honest, so don't take this the wrong way or personally...everytime I see a BP going on and the girls are all wearing shirts and wildiing out....I roll my eyes. I'm sure it's b/c it screams 'Bachelorette Party in progress, come suck a lifesaver off my boob.' I don't know if I want something to 'represent' us....does that make any sense?

Re: QOTD: Bachelorette Party T-Shirts...

I happen to agree with you. Unless you feel like being an exhibitionist or you need the attention that would come with it, I don't like the idea of having the whole BP wear the same tank top or tee. I think it's enough for the Bride to be 'decorated '.

Edited to say: Before anybody takes this personally, please don't! So much drama these days. I just wouldn't like that kind of attn myself!

Re: QOTD: Bachelorette Party T-Shirts...

For my last girl friends Bacthelortte party I had shirts made up or all us girls....we did not wear them that night but the next day when we all went out for breakfast..Anyhoo they came out great! I am getting them made for mine.

They were T-shirts and the back of the shirt said
Last fling before the ring (there was also a big pic of a ring) and the

front said
Toni's Batheloretts party with the date....everyone really like them.

Re: QOTD: Bachelorette Party T-Shirts...

I like PIZZ's idea about a breakfast thingy.... but I don't agree about the lick a lifesaver thing. You are out celebrating your marriage with your nearest and dearest. Do you care what ANYONE else thinks? I think it is among the nice things you will give them!
