November Brides - where is everyone in their planning?

Hi girls...for those getting married in November, how much have you done? I'm feeling very overwhelmed by the fact that I've only gotten my place and my church. Am I behind?

I was a November Bride. You have pleanty of time. Pace yourself so you're not so overwhelmed. We planned our wedding in 9 months.

Me too!!! I completely understand what you're going through - I feel so far behind. I've only gotten my place, photographer, and videographer. I'm looking into DJ's this weekend and then I'm going to relax until after the holidays and start looking for an officiant and flowers. There is too much to even think about

Same here. I only had my place and church. Last week I booked my photographer.
So there's still a lot to be done, but no worries... just take it one thing at a time.

I am in the same boat as you. I've only gotten my place, church, photographer and videographer. I think we still have plenty of time though as long as we stick to a schedule.

Ordered my dress

Still have to do EVERYTHING else!

I only have the church, reception hall, photographer and videographer. We are starting to look at DJ tomorrow, then its on to flowers/my dress (I want to wait for the '06 styles to be in stores).

This is what I've got so far:

Church
Reception
Band
Flowers
My Dress (YAY!)
Mom's Dress (Thank God)

My goal is to have the following booked by Jan 01st:

Photographer (making final decision this weekend)
Videographer (starting interviews in 2 weeks)
Save the Dates and Hotels for OOT gsts

I'm not anal, but there will be a lot of changes w/my job 06, so I really want to have all of the big things done as soon as possible. Plus, having my dress AND my mom's dress lets me sleep better at night!

I'm a November bride and so far we have our hall, DJ and my dress has been ordered. I actually put my planning on hold until January. Between work, school, and the holidays...too stressful!!!! I don't think you're behind at all.
