I still have to book my DJ and Limos.. But otherwise all other major vendors are done!!!! I even have alot of detailed things done too!!!!!!

will probablychoose my dress by next week

after the flowers are booked I need to find an officiant and then I guess I'm in pretty good shape. I know my favors which I won't get until October and my invitations I have narrowed down but won't order for awhile. I'm borrowing my jewelry, pocketbook, and veil from FSIL, so I don't need to find that.

Oh, I forgot, I have to book rooms and the limos (if I get them). I know there is a million things I have to do I just can't think - it's too early.

I booked my limo. I am still struggling with finding a makeup artist at a reasonable price..... We also still need to book our honeymoon!!! I will probably look into that in about 2 weeks!

When are you guys starting your DIY projects? I want to make votive placecards, table numbers, menus...still thinking about the rest of the stuff.

My only updates from last time are that I booked my photographer, videographer, and DJ. I also finalized my bridal party and asked everyone. Working on my dress now...

OH GOD I AM SO FAR BEHIND.. NOW I REALLY NEED TO GET ON THE BALL.

2- THE CHURCH
3 MADE A FEW APPTS

AND I HAVE COME UP WITH A LOT OF GOOD IDEAS.. THATS IT..

Don't worry, I think you have PLENTY of time! If it wasn't for this site I would not have done half of the stuff I did. Honestly take it one step at a time.. try to figure out what you like beforehand..I felt that really helped me. Look at it this way, right now you have Limos, Photog, Florists and DJs. I would do Photogs and Flowers first, then DJs then limos. You are getting married in November which is good because most gals get married in May/June or Sept/Oct so those dates are tough to get... We are here to help you, don't 4get!!

I think what I am doing next is
1. Booking the hotel for our wedding night
2. Buying the cake cutting stuff, toasting flutes, signing frame (I don't want to use the standard guestbook)
3. Wedding Rings
4. Honeymoon Booking
5. Get my monogram for the cake

I think that is more than enough.... I think I need to hit the lottery!

you are fine! I didn't get engaged until Valentine's day last year and my 11/6 wedding was planned in 8 months.

but maybe you should go dress shopping soon. some wedding dress designers take longer than others.
