We picked our date for a few reasons...FH and I met Memorial Day weekend in 04, plus we wanted to get married in the Spring. We also liked the idea of a holiday weekend.

My wedding was originally palnned on my 11th year anniverary in 06, but then I realized I wouldnt have the wedding of my dreams on that date so I pushed it back to 07. The reason for my date is to take advantage of the 3 day weekend.

I picked 7/7/07 b/c the date itself is cool and unique and also it will be FH and I's 7 1/2 year anniversary

I wanted a holiday weekedn so peple can stay and party, then i'm figuring the weather would not be too humid, then FH's b'day is 5/30 and my b'day is a month later 6/27

i wanted july 1 /c it's our 5 year anniversary but fh didn't want july b/c he was affraid of hurricane season(we always get stuck with bad weather as it is) soo we tried the week b4 but my cuz was getting married that weekend.. then we went to see what date leonnards had and that was the date they had bb/c the week b4 FH cuz is gettin married so we right in the middle :o)

BECAUSE THE DATE I WANTED WAS BOOKED AT RUSSOS

SO..I TOOK THE NEXT EARLIEST..WHICH WAS LABOR DAY WEEKEND..AND I'M GOOD WITH THAT..AND IT FALLS EXACTLY ON OUR 5 1/2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY MARK!

we chose june 30th, because i always have dreamed of a june wedding, and it's the first saturday taht i go on my 2month vacation... because of teaching..

11/3 is both of our bdays - FH will be 33 and I'll be 29 when we get married. Just so happened that it fell on a Sat. in 2007.

Several Reasons, We got engaged in May, and the weather is beautiful. And it just so happened that we are getting married on FI's mothers birthday. j/k She doesn't mind. she is actually excited about it. IT wasn't planned it just happened that way.

We started dating on May 17th and got engaged on May 10th. So I really wanted to have it in May. I tried to get the 17th but it was on a Thursday . So, I settled for the next day!!!!

Basically the same reason for us! We went into planning thinking of October 06. Then we fell in love with Fox Hollow, couldn't see spending the money on a Sat night wedding in October when March was about a third less.

FI is a teacher so we had to wait till he was done teaching.

Great weather. I couldn't get married in may or june for work reasons. September was also a good month for my Italian relative who will be flying all this way just to see me get married. I feel so special

wanted a spring or fall wedding, but my bro will be playing college football in the fall, so then we went with april instead of may, bc i'll have relatives in college and dont want to interfere with finals. FH said that the summer is way tooo hot for a wedding, he didnt want to be sweating in the church and taking pics

9/02/07 will be our 10th year anniversary

We originially were aiming for fall wedding when we realized financially it would be better to get married in 07, so I looked at the calendar and saw that April 20th (the day we had our first date) was a Friday, so that's how we picked it. We will be together 5 years the day we get married.

first we wanted oct. but seeing how expensive it was we freaked out and asked what the cheaper months would be..they rattled off some months..and i like feb. because its valentine's day month..originally we were going to do feb 2008 but then i decided i didn't want to wait that long so we bumped it up to feb 07 but the day we originally wanted was already booked and the week after that date is my brothers birthday and i didn't want to rain on his little teenage parade so we decided on the 9th and that's where it will stay!
