We always wanted to get married in October, but we didn't want the holiday weekend. We were concerned about people vacationing. We started dating on January 11 so since we couldn't do October 11 (thursday) we chose the 12.

well we knew we needed to pick a month that was less expensive..in the off-peak season. so we were told dec-march was off-season...and we picked February because we met in Feb. 2002. our anniversary is feb. 15, so we decided to do the wedding, the weekend following our anniversary, but it was booked, so we opted for the week AFTER that one.

so the day we are married, we will have been together exactly 5 yrs. and 10 days

We originally wanted 7-7-07... but really wanted the Watermill, which was booked on that date... so we changed it to 7-27-07 - but I validate it by saying that we still have our 3 7's and just threw a 2 in there to represent the 2 of us!!!

I was originally a Sept 06 bride, but due to circumstancers beyond our control we had to postpone a few months, but that would put us in the middle of winter so the next option was may 07.

I am obviously the least romantic one on here, I think! We picked 2/17/07 because I am a teacher and I wanted to get married during a school break so we can honeymoon immediately afterwards. Ideally, I wanted a summer wedding, but there is no way I can afford one on my budget... so February it is--- we got an amzing price too! (I just try not to think about the fact that I will be freezing my *** off and I hate the winter!)

We definitely wanted a JUNE wedding. We chose the last weekend because school will be out so it would be easier for our guests and bridal party. I also always loved that time of yr.. its always so happy and fun! & hopefully nice weather!!!

I was originally a September 06 bride, but we had to push the date back. The first warm months were May or June. June would have ending up raising the price, so we took May 20, 2007

We wanted nice weather, I wouldn't want a summer wedding because I'd be too hot (even with air conditioning, the running around would drive me nuts). May was out because Mother's Day and my mom's birthday are in May so April was the best choice. The 28th was our original 07 date but our venue was much cheaper on a friday so 4/27/07 it was.

I choose my wedding date because my FH graduates school the week before and we don't know when his residency starts but he knows he gets at least 2-3 weeks off, so we planned for June 1st so we would have time for a honeymoon.

to be very honest .. our dog picked our date. we had a few dates in mind and we couldn't decide so we put all the dates on paper put then on the floor and which ever one the dog picked up was it.. lol kind of stupid i know but it worked!!

I've always wanted a summer wedding so June & July were my favorite months and we picked 7-7-07 because FH was dying to get that date because he thinks it's sooo cool and unique. We booked yesterday at Russo's on the Bay and when they told us the date was available u girls should have seen his face. he looked like a lil kid on christmas day...he's so cute

b/c we love the spring, and its the last weekend in april so hopefully weather will be good, plus itll be our 104 months of us being together smtg like that lol 8 yr 8 month...(not counting our lil break lets not get technical)

my bday is july 28 - soo 7/27/07 is the day b4 my bday - which makes it a special day!!


i originally wanted 6/30/07 bc thats the night that i met FH - in 2001 - and 2001 and 2007 - all the days fall on the same day(i met him on sat 6/30/01 and 6/30/07 is a sat) soo i really wanted that date so that the priest could say '6 yrs ago from this day is when they met ....) a lil corny but i thought it was cute .. but NO hall had that date - so i settled for the week before - and i'll be on my honeymoon on 6 yr anniversary!!)

The colors are so beautiful...October 5th is the earliest in that month
I originally wanted to get married in 2006 but we couldn't afford to get married that soon
