How do you book limos?

Do you book them on the phone? Do you go see the cars?

It is up to you. We went to look at the cars but they told us they get strictly phone orders.

we called them, then he gave us a price and told us to come by to check out the cars. so we did, we liked it and we gave him a deposit

this was actually the one area where I found it's not easy to negotiate. if you're doing a package you probably have some room for negotiating. but if you just want a drop off & pickup, I don't think you can.

we booked them over the phone. the company has had lots of great reviews, and really all the cars look the same to me.

only one company carry the car we want, so there was no need to really go out and see the car in person, and it was the one vendor that we didn't negotiate with.

You can call to get prices over the phone but I would go in person. You want to make sure that the cars you pick up are in good condition and not pieces of crap. Plus they tend to give you a better deal in person.
