Getting a little nervous...

Since the end of the year is approaching I'm getting a little nervous...I only have the location, church and photgrapher booked.....am I behind, right on schedule or early?

I only have my church and DJ booked so far. I would like to have everything else booked by early next year but I think you are right on track!!!

remember... most people say you should only need a year to plan a wedding... you'll be fine!

I think you are fine. You still have 18 months. DOn't you just love getting married in 2007???

thank you girls :) ....i have to admit - at first i wanted the time to fly (which i still do) but the added time is GREATLY appreciated....im such a procrastinator!

in the end, as bad as I want my wedding to be like tomorrow, it is good that we have so much time, we dont have the added pressure and we get to take our time and pick everything perfectly

you're not behind..you're right on schedule..me personally i wanted to get all the booking done early so i have..

hall
photography
church
dress
florist
dj
videographer (almost)
limo
DOC
hair & makeup (will be booked in jan when they're ready to book 2007 dates)

i dunno if there's anything else but i know that after i book the video then i'm done booking all major vendors and i can relax until march and then i'll start my invitation search

I have what you have, but a band too. The only reason I have as much as I do is because I'm a full-time student and taking the bar this summer. I knew I wouldn't be able to do anything until August '06 if I didn't start early.

ok I personally think you are all fine! I have only the hall at this point and my wedding is Feb 07. I am sure it is plenty of time!

Its ok you have 18 months... but i would try to book all of my vendors at least by the first half of 2006.

stephanie i am 1 week before you and i only have the reception hall, the church hasn't gotten to me yet, and we haven't decided on photography, so i'm the one has to start worrying...
