YEAH...FH FINALLY got a teaching position

Definitely not the job of his dreams, just subbing, but there is just nothing out there these days, especially in elementary...so any foot in the door he was willing to take....lets just pray it leads to something next year!!!!

def a foot in the door. That is how i got my position...subbing is a good thing in the long run plus it looks great on a resume

Thats great!!
Subbing will definitely make him familiar with the adminstration in the building, and when a tenure postition opens up, when he applies, he will be a familar face.
