... hand cancelling my invitations!!!OMG!!! THE INVITATIONS ARE OFFICIALLY OUT!!!

Thanks ladies and just an FYI, I hand cancelled at the Roslyn Heights Post Office on Mineola Avenue. If you are inclined to hand cancel, I suggest going to the post office during off hours. I was there at 5 pm and it took me about 15 minutes!

Yes. It basically means you use a hand stamp to cancel the stamp instead of the invitation going through an automated machine. They can get stuck and destroyed. After spending money on invitations and calligraphy, I didnt want to risk ruining them. There is no charge for it.
