Invite addressing question

How do you address an envelope if:

1. It's going to an entire family including children

2. To a family that has a teenager. If the teenager is over 18 should he get his own envelope or just be included with the family if he still lives there?

3. To someone who is coming with their spouse, but you don't know the spouses name? Do you just put Mrs. Jane Doe & Guest?

Put the Childrens names on the inner envelope

2. To a family that has a teenager. If the teenager is over 18 should he get his own envelope or just be included with the family if he still lives there?

The teenager should get their own invite

3. To someone who is coming with their spouse, but you don't know the spouses name? Do you just put Mrs. Jane Doe & Guest?

DO NOT put and guest, find out the name
