Proof that things don't always go right on you wedding day...

I'm still laughing about this one...

we had the inside ceremony at WM :)
I invested in petal cones (by our Ang&Rich)
and they were handed out...

the aisle seats were the only ones who could (barely) throw the petals at us...
SO, although everyone had petals - none of them made it to us (how could I not think of this???? LOL...) and we have no 'petal toss' pics....oh well LOL!

Someone suggested to me that we only give some people roses and give the others bubbles to blow. Do you have any pic?

I hope you're able to let go of it all soon! It'll get better, really...soon you'll have wonderful memories of what went RIGHT!

Well if it makes you feel any better we had bubbles and in some of our proofs they are in our faces so you see white spots.. would have been a really nice picture..

its funny that u say that, b/c i got married outside at WM, I made about 100 cones, as far as i know they were passed out, and no one threw them, it was like they didnt know what to do with them, (on the video u see one person kind of throw them way after we were down the aisle)...oh well, i guess there is nothing i can do about it now

I know how you feel. I had bubbles for mine, spent hours on the basket and putting ribbons around them, the staff at the fox hollow handed them out, but didnt tell anyone what they were for so now one blew them after the ceremony, they just held on to them.

we had a minor problem too...

our CH was switched to another room and they didn't tell me about it until I was getting ready to walk down the aisle w/my Dad! nice timing skippy!

I can't be mad at the SC though... we got upgraded to the reception room I REALLY wanted at no additional cost (or higher minimum) and we had the place to ourselves that evening.

We had an outdoor ceremony, and the petal cones were passed out, but no one threw any of them. No petal pictures for us, but we do have a few shots of bewildered guests carrying the cones into the reception...lol.
