How about checking out Costco or BJ's? I would think they'd have the best price on the film. Not sure if they have the cameras though.

The way I did it, you really don't need to buy the book right away. I wound up receiving a beautiful photo album from one of my OOT guests and I put my polaroids in there.I've never seen any difference in the price of the film for polaroids...but mine was purchased at Target (both the camera and the film).

Re: For those doing the polaroid guest books....
We were going to do it until we found out how much film costs for a polaroid.
But you don't need to get the actual books for this. I've heard brides that get normal photo albums and have the guests write on the page after lifting the plastic.

Re: For those doing the polaroid guest books....
MY DOC took the pictures for us. I highly recommend doing it. I had 2 guestbooks and they are one of my most treasured items from the day. It's so much fun to look at them. She also decorated the inside with fun scrapbooking stickers and it looks so cute.I got my albums on sale on a website that no longer sells them, but here is the link to Adesso
If you do a google search for Adesso Albums a ton of sites come up. Thsi is what they look like - and of course I bought red ones!
I got my film at CVS, but you may find a better deal at Costco or BJ's.
ETA: BriBri529 used a different. less expensive polaroid guest book that was cute, but I don't remember the name of the site.
