1st wedding issue

1st wedding issue

ok...ladies. So I ordered my invites a couple of weeks ago and they came in the other day....well to make a long story short all 125 invites came in with the word Nuptial spelled incorrectly..Nuptiual.
I just sat there at the table with the invite in my hand thinking of ways to not freak out. I was really proud of myself..I just asked the sales person calmly to see my proof and, as I thought I had spelled it right they made a mistake so I told the girl and she was more upset then I was....she apologized profusely and said they would re-fax the proof to checkerboard and they would have it corrected. ooooh well, what's a wedding without alittle stress!!

Amy you still have time to order....at least it was their mistake. Things will work out!

You always get more flies with honey than vinegar. I bet she had a tremendous amount of respect for the fact that you didnt freak!

You have plenty of time at least!! I just ordered mine for my Feb wedding!! It's great that you didn't freak, I'm sure that she appreciated it. Plus, even if the proof was wrong, they should check spellings on words like that!! Oh, well! It's all fixed anyway!!
