How does it work?
What were your results and in how much time?

I joined this program a year ago. The first month and half I did great on the program. I lost 17 lbs. This is not typical for everyone. I got lazy and stop going to the center and starting eating like crazy. I gain 6 lbs. I'm back on track and I've lost 5 lbs in a week.

The program teaches you to eat your regular food just in smaller portions. You have to write everything down and get weighed in 3 times a week.
