huntingto is not that far from syosett and has fgreat reataurants

Macks- steak house
cassis - french bistro - very good

Actually Empire Szusuan (sp) has some of the best Asian food I ahve EVER had
there sushi is the FRESHEST and I love thier chinese cuisne. While the ambience isnt so sexy it is really great

for something different, i suggest blue honu in huntington. i went there for NYE last year and had an amazing time! the martinis are so good. if you want italian, you should try stresa in manhasset. i've been going there for years..the food is delicious!
