stress eating???

i LOVE to eat - and i dont have a weight problem - but lately i eat until i feel sick!! i dont know what it is - but i will feel full - even stuffed - but yet FORCE myself to keep eating!!

what is wrong with me??
could i be developing some kind of stress eating problem?? does anyone do this that would be able to tell me the signs???

if not - just tell me that i am a big fat pig and maybe ridicule will help me cut it out....

I can't answer whether it's a real problem or not, but if you saw what I ate for dinner last night, THAT would definitely qualify as some sort of problem!

And no, I don't think you're a pig as you say, probably just very stressed. I tend to eat when I'm stressed out. But, I wasn't feeling any stress last night and still managed to eat more than my brother, father and FH! That, I believe qualifies for the big OINK!

this is the same woman who told me when i used the word 'euphanism' in a sentence - that she didn't know i knew such big words!!!!!!!!! she is killer!!!

I can relate, FH is tall and skinny and eats like an animal. I can pretty much keep up with him which explains my fat arse. Someone I work with made the stupid 'boy, you can eat, huh?' at our party. People just don't think before they speak. I really wanted to respond with no words, just an open mouth fill of food, but I refrained trying to remain ever the lady. Instead I belched when I walked by her

Well not really but it's fun to think about doing it!

disgusting- that describes how i feel. i need to get up and put the laundry into the drier - its ONE ROOM AWAY - and my stomach feels so full and yuck right now that the thought of walking one room away sounds exhausting!!
