Site to take pictures

Hey girls, My church is in Holbrook and I am looking for a site to take pictures after the cermony. We are not allowed at the hall until 6pm. Does anyone know a place to take nice pictures? And if there is a fee to use their grounds.

Re: Site to take pictures

There is this BEAUTIFUL park in Stony Brook called Avalon! It is so beautiful I begged the owners to let me have my ceremony there, but they wouldn't!
But they allow pictures!
It has EVERYTHING, gardens, ponds, a huge lake, bridges, wooden walk ways, stone walk ways, grassy fields, forest, huge rocks, a tree surounded by rocks, a stone labryth (spl), oh is so breath taking!

I would say the Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Oakdale, it's not too far and there is no shortage of places to take pictures there

What about the Arberatum (sp) in Oakdlae/Great River. It's along Montaulk. It's free.

Or you can look into the old Lasalle Military which is now St. Johns College. that's in Oakdlae on montaulk hwy. But they will charge you.
