How do you tip the photographer???

Do you tip each photographer individually because I have 2 plus the videographer? Or do you just give the lump sum tip to the head photographer?

We tipped each photographer and the videographer seperately...oh and there were two assts, but they got a piece of the photographers.

we tipped the photographer, videographer and all assitants separately

I don't know do you tip them if they are the owner of the company?

ok, so do you tip them individually like this...

20% each??? (that seems like alot!)

or like this...

20% total for the group and then you would split it evenly among the 3 people???

My videographer is the owner of the company so do I tip him less than the 2 photographers? Sorry to be a pain, but I am trying to make a list of the # of tip envelopes I will need for the day so I can give it to my DOC (whenever I book one!).
