Green Tea Diet

Anyone know how the green tea diet works?
I know it helps you lose weight but what are you supose to do? Just drink and not eat or...?

gosh, I hope not! that doesn't sound like much of a diet.

I think it's when you switch from coffee over to green tea...

I think green tea is supposed to act as an appetite supressant. It makes me naucious, though... but I guess- maybe that counts!
