Save the Date Question

Hi girls. I'm sure this has been asked a million times before and I'm sorry for that. If I'm getting married in November and have lots of OOT guests that I need to send hotel information to, when should I send out Save-the-dates?

I would send the STDs to the OOTs as soon as you can. Usually STDs can go out a year to 6 months before, I find that anything after that is a little redundant because they'll be getting the invite soon.

I am getting married in october and i sent out my save the dates back in sept 2005. But my wedding is also columbus day weekend so i wanted all the parents to know in case they had any sort of mini vacation planned. Plus i have like 25 OOT guests.

*If you can, send them out as soon as you can. It can't hurt right?

Mine will be going out at the end of the month for October wedding. Let's not discuss why they didn't go out in November, or even December when FH was told about the postage increase.

We're getting married two weeks after you and my FH wants to send them out next month. We have OOT guests and people from not so far but, who will stay. I was worried about sending it out so soon because I'm afraid people will ignore it but, there will also be hotel info in the invitation so they can book then (if there are rooms left).
