Great news, thought I'd share.. my little brother's engaged!
On Christmas Day, here are some pics.. she couldn't believe it.. lol He took her to Tavern on the Green and a Horse carriage ride, she was like umm.. are we getting engaged, and he was like no, sweetie I'm not ready I was just trying to be romantic etc, etc, so flash foward to dinner ( first xmas in their new apt) and she's telling the story of how they had the fight at tavern on the green and we are all thinking awww, poor girl.. my brother is just evil..lol (but of course we all know it's coming)Anyway here are the pics.. and of course she said YES! I am sure she will be joining us on here soon since they will probably get married Fall 2006.
The other major part of the story is how my brother went down the diamond district three times during the transit strike (he works in the bronx) just to get the ring in time for xmas!
Just before the big moment
He did it as she was openning gifts
Her first words.. 'Is it real???!!' lol
and yes that's a tag in her hair, my sister gave her some fancy hairpins for christmas and she put one on not thinking.. lol
Yes dear, it is real!!! lol
