Ozone Park or Howard Beach Ladies

What are some nice locations for photos in this area? Or within reasonable driving distance? I don't know the area at all and am trying to figure out which church to have it at (I have a few in mind) and the logistics in where to take pics. Any help would be much appreciated...Thanks ladies

Don' t know what type of background you are looking for but you can conisder Flushing Meadow Park or driving to the beach.

I'm having Nativty BVM as my church.
You can take some nice photos at Charles Park...I've seen nice ones taken there

Either Charles Park-its on the water or I might go to a beach near my hall-Leonards.(In Long Island somewhere, maybe Sunken Meadow)

This has become soo hard to me!!!

I am not from the area and its a pain in my booty!!

I had my heart set on the planting fields in Oyster Bay....but unless I get married at St. Agnes in Rockville Centre...its too far...

any suggestions...What does Charles park look like?

You could try Forest Park.

I live in Howard Beach and used to live in Ozone Park - and I'm sorry but I can't really think of too many nice places. Charles Park is okay, but nothing special. Forest Park is nice if you have a little bit of extra time (it's about 10-15 mins. away). Your best bet may be to take a ride into town one day and look around. Sorry

Charles park is ok.. I would say take a ride to long island if possible. There are a few parks there. Churches.. in HB are St, Helens. (that is my parish) but I am not getting married their I am going to Brooklyn to my moms church the one she got married in. Nativity, and Mary Gate of Heaven in Old Howard beach.

Ask your photo guy .. he will know of more places to take pics in. Valley stream has a nice park and it is close good luck

I might just do a church in long island then since its closer to better photo ops
