Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

I vote Floral Terrace!

I know someone who recently went to a wedding there and it was excellent. Leonards has too many weddings going on at one time.

I like one wedding at a time places, and I think Floral Terrace is.

Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

I like the look of Leonards MUCH better than FT.

FT has no grounds and Leonards do.

I would have went with Leonards if i didn't encounter an ahole BM Antonio!!!!

To this day I still like Leonards.

Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

They are both excellent locations!

But I would go with Floral Terrace. I hear they have a spread with the same quantity and quality of food...MUY IMPORTANTE!!

And they are only one wedding at a time..you can't beat that

Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

It depends on what is most important to you in your reception. If you don't mind other weddings going on at the same time as yours, and you're looking for grounds to take some pics, then Leonard's would be the way to go. If you want yours to be the only wedding going on, then Floral Terrace is the way to go.

Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

I vote FT!! I looked at Leonards and asked many people for reviews here's some facts...

Leonards - great gounds, nice drive way entrance, great pictures, beautiful staircases and rooms!!! Negative - staff doesn't direct to the weddings (doesn't pay attention) food isn't that great, many weddings can be chaotic, when service is lax and dinner is late = overtime and even though it's their fault they make you pay!!!!! I heard these negatives from many people!!!

Floral Terrace - amazing food, offers seconds to the guests, gives a free honeymoon hotel 10 days in greece, one wedding at a time, huge facility, great serivce (wait staff and bm), leaves guests talking about your wedding after. Negatives - has very little space, doesn't look as nice of an area when you pull up, has no drive way, no grounds for pictures = suckie pictures at the reception.

Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

I went to weddings in both places! Leonards is beautiful, but I can't say that I remenber anything that stood out for me except for the grounds. At Floral Terrace however I remember that the service was very good, the wedding was very personal b/c there was no one else from other weddings there, and the most important thing THE FOOD, was ridicuous! Just amazing! That's the reason why I chose to have my wedding there and of course the price was the best I found anywhere! Good luck choosing!
XOXOXOXO
Kitty

Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

I am totally biased but I have to say Floral Terrace

yes there are no grounds for pictures but the entire ambience inside makes up for it! Service is out of this world & the food just keeps flowing!!!! I have been a guest at FT & can not stop raving!!!

Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

IMO you're not comparing apples to apples. Once you have the option of having your wedding at a one wedding at a time place, compared to a place that can do up to 5, you have to go with the personalized service. My experience at Leonard's wasn't pleasant and I know of brides who had issues as well...I have heard only great things about Floral Terrace. And yes, they give brides a vacation in their hotel in Greece.

Good luck.

Re: Leonards or Floral Terrace?

It's 2 totally diff places..just like blu said above
I guess I am biased too then-but i have never been to leonards, only Floral Terrace. Floral Terrace has only one event going on at a time, their bridal suite is HUGEEE, their room is beautiful, but like someone said, there are no grounds and its on a busy road.

When I first saw Leonards in a bridal book like 4 years ago i said am having my wedding there, thats it!!! When we got engaged, it was the first place we went to..Since I'm never satisfied, we went to 13 other places..but went back to Leonards. We really felt like Leonards gave us a lot for our money (we are payin this thing solo!) and we just loved the decor and the food (we had a food tasting).
The cons of Leonards-more than 1 event going on at one time-and I've seen a few brides reviews that the staff is disorganized...but every party is diff...
