SWR- I am so annoyed!

ok I wanted this Analon Brunello Cutlery- I registred for it - and my Dad gave me $$ to buy it from my Grandma

so I bought it at fortunoff- but the block was damaged- so I brought it back- EVERY block they had was damaged- so the lady told me to keep it and she would call me if she got a nicer one

it's been a few months- and now the metal lable fell off the block- now this cutlery set cost about $300 for 10pc


I decided to contact the company - they want me to pay to send it back to Califorina- and they will decide if I deserve a new one or not

the thing weights about 5 pounds-

now- my company is kind of a partner with this company in business- so I am trying to get a name of someone to speak to- before I pay to send this thing back

part of me wants to got to fotunoff- buy another one switch the block and then return the bad block- but that's not right

I am so annoyed- the cutomer service lady didn't even care-

I agree with Blu-ize. See if you can buy it from your contact at the company and then return to Fortunoff.
