Day of Wedding Coordinator

Hi,
I am looking for someone to bring stuff to the reception hall the day of the wedding (it can't be left there beforehand) like candles and bathroom baskets and signs.

Possibly move some centerpieces in the middle of the reception from one side of the mansion to the other.

Also to make sure everything looks perfect at the hall (flowers/candles).

I don't need help with anything else.

Is there anyone that can help me to do this for a reasonable amount of $$$?
