Anyone know of a proven weight loss aid??

I am regularly working out and trying to watch what I eat (YEAH, RIGHT) but I am just looking for something that will help to speed up my metabolism and curb my appetite. I don't want to take anything like ephedra, I am looking for an all natural vitamin product or something homeopathic. If you have any suggestions, please post.

Thanks!

BioSculpt Extreme.

I get it at Lucille Roberts. You drink it right before bed. I've definitely seen results.

Re: Anyone know of a proven weight loss aid??

I'm going to sound like a preacher BUT,

the only 'proven' weight loss aid is exercise and portion/calorie control.

ephedra is a 'natural' remedy as are a lot of harmful 'diet' aids. just be careful I guess is my point. a few extra pounds (that ONLY you will know about) is not worth any health risk, IMVERYHO!

keep up the good work!

I could totally do this, but I have one more question, I would make fruit shakes in the morning with berries, soy milk, plain yogurt, whey protein and honey. Is honey allowed?

Re: Anyone know of a proven weight loss aid??

I have to agree that anything supplement wise will only give you short term weight loss. Eating right and exersize is the only way to have weight loss for the long term.

i don't see how a teaspoon of honey would be harmful, as long as you don't take in any processed carbs, you're good. I'm doing the shake thing too as a substitute for meals sometimes, oprah did that.. sub a meal for shake and lost 10 lbs in three weeks!!

my friend told me that he would rather see me eating butter rather than bread or sugar...

I'm a proud supporter of South Beach - two weeks and you can trim down...yes, most of it is water weight in the beginning, but I've had great success with it.

butter will clog your arteries.. whole grain bread has many health benefits.
The processed sugar we can all do without.

Re: Anyone know of a proven weight loss aid??

any nutrionist worth their salt substitute will tell you that eating bread (especially whole grain with fiber) is far healthier than eating butter (as much as I love the stuff)
