St. Joseph and St. Thomas.... Staten Island

I having a big problem. I live in Staten Island and I want to get married at St. Joesph & St. Thomas My Aunt is Register there. They wont married me & FH there if I dont register. I called this morning and told them my is register there and i live there. It didnt work. They told me I have to register and after 6 month they will let me know if they are going to marry me. What should I do. You have to know peopel to get married there.

It is very common for churches to not allow non-parishoners to marry in their church.

You may want to see if the priest from your aunt's parish will marry you in your church.

A lot of people I know have used different priests at their parish. GL!
