The walk down the aisle

Is anyone doing step together step together. I thought there would be no other way to walk down my short aisle (not a church) and my FI says 'NO one walks like that anymore' I don't know how to walk down the aisle

Re: The walk down the aisle

I just walked slow...actually the limo driver had to remind me. So much happens and comes over you at once when the doors open. For me, it was too hard to concentrate.

Re: The walk down the aisle

No step together for me either, I just remember having them open the doors and that gasp and awe sound from our guests. It was wonderful. Then my DH was there and we were up on the bimah already. It was slow, fast and sort of felt surreal, but all together wonderful at the same time.

Re: The walk down the aisle

we just walked slow also. when those doors open, you really don't want to be concentrating on how you are walking, it goes by SO quickly that you should relax and just let it soak in.
