CASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FH's bid on a side job was accepted last evening!!!! So so so excited because a huge load is lifted off our shoulders...

We did the same thing, it was the BEST way to go...and now were using the money we got to put towards our down payment on our home!!
