going to my first bridal store!
I'm on vacation, so I'm just sitting around the house, and my mom asked if I wanted to go out to lunch with her today. Then she goes 'we could go to Umbertos... and then we could go into that bridal shop right across the street from there, if you want to...'I was saying last night how I want to do a little more wedding stuff... I guess she agrees!
I'm a little nervous though - I know most places require appointments... but I should be ok in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, shouldn't I? I'd call, but I don't even know what the name of the shop is, it's just a little privately owned place.
Eh, even if we can only look around and can't try on because they don't have a free salesperson, I'll be happy! I'm just so psyched to see some dresses in person!

Sara-how exciting! Lunch and wedding shopping with your mom...let us know how it turns out. I think you should be ok with midday without an appt. I did when I went looking for the first time.

I am doing my first bridal store this weekend with my BM's...I am scared and excited :) :)

It's lots of fun. the trying on is the hard part. The dresses are sooo heavy. Some of them anyway. Have fun!!
