Ivory/gold gown...what color BM dresses?

Before choosing my dress I had planned on doing BM dresses in different shades of a color...blue seemed easiest. Now that I ordered a gown that is ivory and gold I sort of feel like I should go with gold BM dresses. What colors would you choose?

you could also do a rust color

I would chose whatever made me happy. Your BM don't have to match you, and if you like blue, than go for it!!

you could also do a rust color

or Burgandy, gold colors. I was going to have Burgandy and gold for my BM colors.. but then I fell in love with a Diamond white dress.. so I switched to light blue for the girsl so it can flow better. We are also getting married on the same Date!!

I think pretty much anything would match except silver, platinum or gray. My bm's wore champagne

I agree. My dress is white and gold, and my girls are wearing champagne as well.

The overall color scheme is white/champagne & gold with accents of purple

I'm worried dark colors aren't good for August?

And hurray, another date twin. I believe you have a date AND venue twin on here too. I live in Great Neck and want to stop by and see you guys day of!

I have the same issue
I was at first putting them in gold, but mocha will pop out better in pictures and goes well with gold and ivory

my dress was ivory/spun gold (a little darker than normal ivory) and my BMs wore Cognac taffeta....gorgeous!

Thren you can do a champagne or mocha color.. i was thinking of that too.

Yeah me and Janie (SIBRIDE06) are having the reception at Leonards... You will have time on your wedding day to visit us....
