Judge/Justice of the Peace

Can anyone recommend a judge/justice of the peace? We are still looking for an officiant and I feel as though it's best if we just have a civil ceremony. Any suggestions would be grand!!

Re: Judge/Justice of the Peace

fh and i want a judge/justice of the peace for our wedding and i couldn;t seem to find out how to locate one and today i happened to ask my cousin who got married a year or so ago how she found hers and she told me that the county clerks office where she got her marriage license gave her a list when she asked about it so you might want to try there

Re: Judge/Justice of the Peace

Thanks ladies - I was hoping that perhaps someone used a judge that they could recommend though...instead of just picking Joe Schmo from the group. I will definitely follow your suggestions though!

Since you're asking for a judge recommendation, I asked my favorite judge to officiate. His name is Jeffrey Spinner. He just moved to Supreme Court in Riverhead. Now I don't see him every week.
