Is it normal to 'recycle' the ceremony flowers in the reception room???

I am so clueless.

Yes they are taking the two flower arrangements from the church and bringing them to the CH.

2 of the arrangements that will be infront of the chuppah will be brought into the reception and put by our table

Sure, I might take one or two arrangements and bring them for our table or the entry way of the hall.

Who would transport them though if your ceremony is at a different place than the reception? The florist will have been done setting up at the reception hall way before the end of the ceremony right?

I got married at my reception hall. My florist transferred the flowers on the pillars to some of the table centerpieces.
