Well the current plan is to go up to Rochester, NY with a bunch of friends and stay with friends or various hotels and then rent a limo(s) to do a wine tour on Seneca Lake.

Might be going to Cabo in May.. MOH is in the process of getting price quotes.

If I can afford it which seems highly unlikely we'd like to go to Miami Beach or maybe 2 days at a spa type thing

I have to say that before I joined this website I never heard of this. I thought it was just one night of fun and while I am all for a mini vaca with the girls, I just don't think it is feasable.

Plus, I would never ask my girls to spend that kind of money to celebrate my bachlorette party.

Has anybody had a negative experience with this. Like the girls complaining about the money? I dunno, I would feel bad if we went away for mine and then when it was time for their's I could not afford it.

I would love to go away but I don't know if we'll be able to swing it. A couple of my girls are also getting married and having babies so money is a big factor!

2. Probably staying at Rio or Palms
3. raves about everything when it comes to Vegas (w/me at least) - love it there!

1. LA, all my girls are in California so it was easiest to go to them
2. Friends house in Bel Air
3. Did the spa thing during the day, out in Hollywood at Tommy Lee/Dave Navarro's new place, and bunch of house parties in Hollywood Hills after. Lots of fun. They didn't have to pay for airfare so they splurged with everything. My treatment alone was 3 hours long at one of the best spas. We ate at the best places and got tables at all the hottest spots, with celebs running everywhere. Was totally fun - reminded me of my single days.

we may go to atlantic city...i really wanted to go to south beach but was not going to ask my BP for that, too much money!

Either Miami or Vegas, depending on if I can work out my frequent flyer miles.

I haven't worked out where I'm staying yet, because I have to get the location down first!

Three of my bridesmaids surprised me by taking me on a cruise for my bachelorette trip. I was just told to pack for some place warm and tropical. I didn't even know where we were going as we were on the way to the airport, then we flew into Miami and they tried to make me think that we were just spending a couple of days in South Beach, but then SURPRISE we took a taxi to the cruise port. We had a fabulous time!! It was perfect because it was fun without being too crazy.

PS I was a totally spoiled bride-to-be because in addition to that I got a bachelorette party here in NY because not everyone was able to make the trip. For the NY party we did the whole limo, dinner, broadway show and bar hopping thing and that was a surprise too.

1. I went to South Beach Miami
2. Stayed at the Mercury Hotel
3. Had an awesome time!!! Was so much fun!
We went to the china grill for dinner we went Fri-Sun

FH went to canada he had a great time also.

I just got back from a friends bachelorette party.

It was a 2-day cruise to the bahamas from Ft. Lauderdale.

Some of the brides friends lived in FL.

For the rest of us, if we chose to go, we had to pay our airfare and cruise fare. So it cost about $500 total for the weekend.

Honestly at first i was annoyed about the price, but then I figured what the heck, when am I ever going to do this again in my life, and we had such a great time.

I do think it's alot to ask, but it may be worth it.

The guys are going to vegas and spending that much, so why can we!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to Newport, RI for a long weekend.

it wasn't that far but we spent a weekend in Fire Island.
Stayed at the Fire Island Hotel in Ocean Bay Park. We all had a blast...
