OOT bag/box question
Are you doing one per room? What if two people share a room but they are not a couple? Also, are you putting names on the boxes?

Re: OOT bag/box question
I'll probably do one per room for couples/families and maybe one each if friends are sharing. Hadn't thought about that!Check with your hotel about the name thing. Some don't mind it...some say it is a hassle.

Re: OOT bag/box question
I was thinking about that the other day. Since most of my guests will be out of town, and I am inviting over 350, I am going to do one per room. I don't know if I could afford to do more than that

Re: OOT bag/box question
One per room, but I'll probably out 2 of everything consumable..2 water bottles, 2 bags of chips, etcif they're close enough to share a hotel room, they're close enough to share an OOT bag!

True! Now what do I do for this situation:
My MOH, two BM and I are going to share a room together the night before the wedding (sleepover party!). But then the next night they will all have their own rooms (but 2 BM will probably share a room, MOH has a boyfriend she'll share a room with). Should I just do OOT bags for each of them and the hotel will give it to them the second night? Will that get confusing since they will be in two different rooms for the two nights?

Re: OOT bag/box question
I would tell the Hotel to put the OOT bags in the rooms for the night of the wedding.

Or when they switch rooms, they have to go down to check out/check in and get new keys so you canahve them put a note on the room, like you would for any blocked room that they are to be given a bag
I would say absolutely no names! too confusing. too much work for hotel staff

They should be able to get their bag when they check in for the second night.
I'm doing one per room as well, that's what I've gotten in the past whether I have stayed with 1 friend, 3 friends, or my FH.

Yeah, I think that makes sense now. I'll just double up everything in there so when they share they can both have the same things.Welcome New Vendors
