i joined a gym today



the only exercise i have ever done was walking and i was in ballet for 10 years. so i went today and joined and did a class. wow am i ever uncoordinated...

i want to tone up and get a flat belly. i heard cardio is great for this.

I went there,well to a Lucille Roberts, it is a nice gym.
