OK!!! So I just got my monthly matienence in the mail for my CO-OP... and the F'ing matienece went up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NO ONE F'ING TOLD ME! It went up a lot too... like $170 bucks a month, and it just went up LY like $100...
THATS CRAZY!

I stalked down some ppl that were on the board and they explained that 1/2 of the $170 is a retro payment from Last month... so really it only went up like $85 bucks.
Still *****.. but its better then I thought!!!

That's bad that they didn't notify you. My coop maintenace went up a couple of mths ago but they said us a notice before the bill came and it was only for 10% - call them, maybe and hopefully it's an error.
