Help - Save the date wording w/poll

I never did a poll, this is fun.

Victor thinks it should be 'has' and I had it as 'have' but now I am all confused.

So since he went snowboarding and left me here to finish this thing for once and for all... I leave the final say to you girls.

take out the 'of rooms' and you're left with either:

a block has been reserved
a block have been reserved

it's easy to see that 'has' is grammatically correct

If you have any doubt I would change the wording. A block of rooms will be reserved...are on hold...are being held...just trying to come up with an alternative. Good luck.

You can change the wordng or you can simply add cards in from the hotel. They usualy supply you with them.

A block is singular - you have to use 'has' for it to be gramatically correct.
