iTunes is good for managing your music.I use Limewire to download, but just be careful what you download. Scan everything before you open it.

Same here, I manage on ITunes and download off Limewire.

Re: For Those Who Have iPods
BE AWARE OF FREE DOWNLOADING SITES!!!Take it from a fellow downloader that had TWO of her hard drives die on her because of the 'stuff' that is attached to all those 'free' downloads.
I now use iTunes and ONLY iTunes.
When you download music from all those sites it comes with MANY attachments, it's not just the song you're downloading to your computer.
Just be aware of that because too much of that unknown junk can REALLY do a doozy to your hard drive... I know

This is why I am very wary of what I download from Limewire. I have a process I follow to be sure. (too hard and lengthy to explain) but it has worked so far!!
But I agree on being careful. For instance a 3 min song should not be over 4,000kb. If you hold your mouse over a song BEFORE downloading it, you will see the file information. If it does NOT have genre, song length, or anything other than title and artist, DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. After downloading, scan the files with every known thing on your computer. Anti-virus, Spyware killers, etc.
I know this sounds complicated, but it isn't. I had 1300 songs disappear from my hard drive and iPod before I followed this method.
