Bridal Salons

So I've finally decided to start trying on dresses but I have no idea which salons to go to. Has anyone been to the Bridal Salon of Manhasset? How is it? I was thinking about going there first. ANy other suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I'm clueless!

Re: Bridal Salons

Have you looked in magazines yet to see which designers you like? I would do that 1st and see which shops carry their line. I went to the Priscilla of Boston store in Roslyn and had an incredible experience. I was put off by the negative reviews I have heard about other bridal shops but the girl I worked with was sooo nice. I was there for 2 hours and she didn't rush me once. I was able to try one a ton of dresses and she even suggested that I try on the sames dress more than once to see if I really did like it.

Re: Bridal Salons

Go to the search tab(under not wedding related, above select forum) and under key words put Bridal Salon of Manhasset. You'll find lots of resources. Some good, some bad, Just take it all into consideration ...it seems like they typically get pretty good reviews. Good Luck, HTH

That is where I am getting my dress. The only problem is that the Smithhaven Mall is closer to me. Otherwise I liked it. IF you are going on a Saturday, make an appointment cause it gets very crowded but they will take you without one.
