adult gymnastics

Does anyone know where I can take adult gymnastics classes? I used to go to a place in cedarhurst, but they stopped. I am in nassau county.

me too, I would like a fun way to exercise, as long as they dont expect me to do handstands or slpits - I would need to work my way up to that.
