Engagement Brunch Ideas Needed!
Hi!I'm looking for suggestions for a restaurant that could accommdate an engagement brunch for about 60 people....i'm hoping to keep the price pretty reasonable (i.e. the less expensive the better!!) Any suggestions???

Re: Engagement Brunch Ideas Needed!
I had an engagement brunch at the Crazy Dog in Sayville. This was my mother's contribution to our wedding, and she didn't have alot of money to work with. She said they worked with what she had, and they never pushed her to do more. I had never been there, but it was so wonderful -they closed down the whole place for us, and the food was great. Its on Montauk highway, in that historical section of Sayville. Definatly recommended!

We had our engagement brunch at George Washington Manor and it was awesome!!! The room holds up to 62 people and we had a sit down w/ brunch cocktails. The room there is beautiful and everyone had a great time. The food is awesome too - great french toast. The cost was only about $25 a head (in 2004) and it was a total of 3 hours. Oh, and I have to mention that the cake was super yummy!!!
