NWR: NYC central Park Boot Camp

Has anybody ever done this before? Would I be crazy to work out at 5:45AM???

I live in Queens and if they did this in a park in Queens, I would sign up!!! You could always do the evening session.

I would not be able to get out of work on time... It seems like it will give me the motivation I need...

If will be motivation, you paid money for it and just imagine your wedding dress and looking great on your wedding day!! It's only for a couple of weeks so at least you know there's an end to it.

If I lived in NYC, I would have joined you....

I would love to do it too!

I have class at night so I would have to go in the am before work. WHat is your current fitness level? I feel like I may be to out of shape for this.

I would love to do this! But I have class at night and leaving the house at 4:30 is not cutting it.

I am decent I go to the gym 3 times a week... I can run maybe 3-4 miles... but it seems to be for all different fitness levels.

Im okay and I do work out but running is not my best. I get really bored and I barely run a mile. I should call him and sicuss my worries.

If you can get up at that time that should be fine. When does it start getting light out in the morning again. I know I get up at 6:45 and it is still kinda of dark. Making it a little harder to get up, but in the fall I was getting up at 6:30 to walk the dog, I will start that once the sun starts being up at that hour.

yea but I would have 2 get up at 4 30 to get there on time ... that may just be too much! BUT I THINK IM GONNA DO IT ANYWAY!
