I'm not, either. I am going to have 'pew markers' though, I think they're pretty (really tall candlesticks)

Weather permitting our ceremony is outdoors. No unity candle for us. Sand ceremony instead.

basically the same thing as w/ the candles. you have 2 containers of sand, and you pour them into one bigger container. it's good for sites that are windy, or a particular theme and feel of your wedding.

i decided not to:
-i dont feel like spending 50-100 on the candles and the holders and i dont feel like making my own

-they are a fire hazard- i just saw a wedding where the candle fel ontp the floor lit and almost burned the brides dress

-i dont wat to make the parents get up from their seats
