Teeth questions

My dentist told me I should start using an electric toothbrush because my gums are bad from my vigorous anal brushing

What's a good one to get? I can't spend too much money...

also, I can't afford the whitening procedure at the office, but was thinking of doing an OTC whitening product and toothpaste - which strips and paste are the best?

Thanks ladies....

Re: Teeth questions

Not sure about the toothebrush, but my brother swears by Crest Whitening strips. He loves them, and he's anal about his teeth. There 30 bucks, and the more you use em, the whiter they get. It's awsome. After my pregnancy is over, I plan on using them consistantly till my wedding day.

I use the Braun Oral B toothbrush. I also used Crest Whitestrips before my wedding and had good results.

Re: Teeth questions

I like the Braun one ( I got it in CVS for 30 bucks), this is my third one. Love it. FH swears by his Sonic Care. That one we got at Costco for 100 bucks. I didn't really like it b/c I didn't feel it was cleaning my teeth as vigouriously as the Braun one. I like alot of pressure, which the Sonic Care really doesn't give you.

Re: Teeth questions

We have the Sonicare toothbrushes - recommended by my dentist. I have used it for about 2 years with great results. FH just started using his a few months ago and likes it.

Crest Whitestrips also work well. I used about 8 sets and saw results.
