First (not so great) try @ making our Menus

Okay how can something so seemingly simple, become so difficult??? I wish I was better at using software, I think that is part of my plm! Also I am not sure just where I would place the bow??

With this one, I am thinking a white card stock would be better under the blue vellium, or I would change it to white vellium under the blueish vellium, also if I put our names under the overlay, I would take our names off the top of the menu, since it would be repetitive, correct?

Re: First (not so great) try @ making our Menus

They look beautiful!!!!

Here are my suggestions:

I would put the bow where your names are now on the vellum.

I would remove the names from the vellum, and leave them only on the underlaying cardstock, increasing the size so that they don't get lost w/the regular menu and also change the font so that the two fonts contrast instead of blending.

Great suggestions, Thanks Christine! I was thinking the the two fonts blended too much as well but didn't think to just change them, that's why I love you girls!!

AC Moore, last week all card stock was on sale for 12 cents a sheet instead of 20 cents a sheet, the vellium paper was regular price 60 cents a sheet.

Michael's also sells similar papers.
