Bus transportation/Elite?

I am helping to plan my brother's wedding - he and his fiancee live in DC. The wedding is this July 15. I was wondering if anyone could please give me feedback on the Hilton Garden Hotel near Islip airport, and also, any experiences with Elite Transportation. We are looking at the 33 passenger bus.

I use to work with the Hilton, making reservations for all my customers. It is fairly new and I have never heard anything negative. I had a flat rate of $109.00 for my customers. If you block rooms, maybe you can get this good rate. Good Luck

We ARE blocking rooms and that $109 sounds like a very very good price. I'm checking with my fsil to see what they were quoted. It's very hard for them to plan from OOT, and they know NOTHING about New York weddings!

Need a good price for a bus to Vermot for 15 famly member with the lugage compartments avaiable .Need the bus for a weedend wedding for the ride up and the ride down.
If you have any prices let my FW and I know this will be for my cousin wedding

We are using Elite Transport for our wedding. They have been great to work with so far and have been around for a while.
